Service Scope

VPNRC provides subscription services for international routes and network acceleration, supporting cross-border access and access to international websites. The service covers 90+ countries / 170+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, client access points, and account benefits are shown in the user panel. Route availability may change due to maintenance and network conditions.

This service provides network connectivity and does not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites, streaming services, or AI tools. When accessing these platforms, you must still meet their regional rules, account requirements, and terms of use. A VPNRC subscription does not grant eligibility to use third-party platforms.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription link secure. The subscription link is an account access credential and should not be published publicly. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and request assistance through a ticket in the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. Use is intended for the account holder’s own devices or devices they are authorized to manage. This does not permit reselling subscriptions, renting accounts, sharing login credentials, or distributing subscription links to others. Personal subscriptions must not be repackaged as commercial connectivity services for others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Check the billing method and data allowance before choosing a plan. “Do not expire” refers to the validity period of a data package; it does not mean that data can be used without limit.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where you use the service, and determine for yourself whether your access and use of content are lawful. You must not use the service for fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing illegal content, unauthorized system access, network attacks, or other unlawful activities.

You must not disrupt service operations, abuse connectivity resources, or infringe the rights and interests of other users or third parties. Quantum encryption is a connection security feature; it does not replace device protection or account management, nor does it relieve you of responsibility for your own use of the service.

Availability and Limitation of Responsibility

Connection quality depends on your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, the policies of the destination platform, and route maintenance. VPNRC does not guarantee access from every region, at all times, or to every third-party platform. Nor does VPNRC guarantee fixed speeds, latency, or continuous access to specific content.

If you experience connection issues, follow the instructions in the Help Center to check your settings, or submit a ticket. Planned maintenance and significant changes will be announced on the site or explained in the user panel. The allocation of responsibility for impacts caused by changes to third-party platforms, external network failures, or force majeure will be determined under applicable law and based on the circumstances. These terms do not exclude any responsibility that cannot be limited or waived by law.

Refund Policy and Requests

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket and provide the relevant order information so the payment can be verified. Do not post your account password, subscription link, or payment credentials in public channels.

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Any information needed to process a refund will be verified through the ticket. Refer to the ticket response for progress updates. Requests made after the period stated above will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the details of the order. These terms do not promise a fixed time for funds to arrive.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you violate these terms by using the service unlawfully, reselling or sharing credentials, or disrupting service operations, VPNRC may restrict relevant connections, suspend the service, or terminate the account, depending on the impact. If an urgent security risk requires immediate action, VPNRC may first apply necessary restrictions and then explain the response through the user panel. If you disagree, you may submit a ticket to request a review.

Termination of the service does not automatically cancel any refund or other rights you have under applicable law. Updates to these terms will be reflected in the updated date on this page. Significant changes to subscription benefits will be explained through a site announcement or the user panel, including when and to whom the changes apply. Updating this page does not retroactively remove statutory rights you have already acquired. If you do not accept a change, raise your objection and ask about how it will be handled before continuing to use the service.
