Monthly plan prices are billed per month; data pack prices cover the full allowance. Don’t treat a data pack price as a monthly fee or assume unused monthly data carries over.
Choose a Plan for Your Usage
If you regularly use international websites, AI tools or video streaming, compare the monthly plans first. If your usage dates vary and keeping unused data matters more, start with the data packs. Switching the options below only changes what is displayed; it does not place an order.
Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Review the change details in the user panel before proceeding.
Light Use
Monthly Plan · 60GB
¥9.9/month
A good fit for browsing, research and messaging, or for getting a better sense of your monthly data needs. Keep an eye on video and downloads when choosing this plan—not the number of devices connected.
60GB, resets monthly on the activation date
Unlimited devices
30-day refunds
The allowance is limited, so it may not suit extended HD streaming or large file transfers. Check actual usage in the panel to decide whether to upgrade.
For a mix of work, AI tools and everyday streaming. Connect a computer and other devices, but remember that all of them share the same data allowance.
250GB, resets monthly on the activation date
Unlimited devices
30-day refunds
A good option if you want more room to use your connection without choosing the largest allowance. Background syncing and video quality still affect data use.
For frequent streaming, larger file transfers or switching between devices. The higher monthly allowance accommodates more usage; it does not increase connection speeds based on plan price or guarantee access to every platform.
500GB, resets monthly on the activation date
Unlimited devices
30-day refunds
If your everyday usage is light, a lower tier may be a better fit. Check your data usage before deciding whether you need a larger monthly allowance.
Data packs don’t reset monthly, so you can keep any unused balance. They suit occasional cross-border access, project-based bursts of usage or anyone who prefers not to plan around a billing cycle. Before choosing, distinguish a retained balance from replenished data: a pack never expires, but it won’t refill once used up.
Occasional Use
Data Pack · 300GB
¥158/pack
For irregular usage when you want an allowance that remains available over time. Connect when needed without planning around a monthly reset date. If you stream a lot, compare the monthly plans too.
For users who know their typical data needs but don’t use the service every month. Use data heavily during a project, then keep any remaining balance. Check your account balance regularly; a large total allowance is not unlimited data.
For users who prefer pay-by-data billing and expect higher overall usage. This pack costs less per GB than the smaller packs, but has a higher upfront price. If you’re unsure how much data you need, don’t choose a larger allowance just for its per-GB price.
If you already have a plan, read the change details in the panel before confirming a new order. Don’t assume monthly plans and data packs can be combined, or that a new order will preserve every detail of your existing plan.
Included With Every Plan
Included with Every Plan
Plans mainly differ in price, data allowance and billing method. Choose an allowance that suits your habits, then select a route in your client app. A higher price does not determine your eligibility for a website, its content regions or your connection results.
Unlimited devices
Set up the service on multiple devices. All usage on the same plan counts toward its shared data allowance; adding devices does not increase it.
90+ countries / 170+ routes
Coverage helps you choose an exit region. For specific routes, see the Network page and the panel list, then test the route against your actual destination.
Quantum encryption
When connected, check the active route and connection status in your client. Keep your account password and subscription link secure, and don’t share access credentials publicly.
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux
Get client apps from the panel. Sign in to view your subscription. An active plan is required to access the iOS download; other platforms are available to download after signing in.
Streaming and AI Tool Access
Choose a route by region and test the service you want to use. The platform’s own subscription, regional and account requirements still apply; specific content libraries or video quality are not guaranteed by a plan.
30-day refunds and support tickets
For order, setup or connection issues, sign in to the panel and submit a support ticket. Describe what happened and include relevant order details to help us investigate.
Monthly Plans vs. Data Packs
Compare more than just the names: consider how data is replenished, whether unused data carries over, and how regular your usage is. Use the rules below alongside the pricing table above.

Payment Methods & Order Confirmation

Confirm your plan, then proceed to checkout
Select a plan card to open the user panel. If you’re not signed in, sign in first. No email address is required to create an account; just use a username and password. Go to the plans section and check the plan name, billing method, price and data allowance. Confirm whether it’s a monthly plan or a data pack before continuing.
If you’re changing an existing plan, read the details in the panel first. For a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Don’t try to infer the final order status from the old and new monthly prices alone.
Follow the checkout instructions, then check your order status
Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT and follow the instructions on the current checkout page. For USDT, carefully check each payment detail and instruction shown on the page; don’t reuse details from an older order. The amount due is the one shown on your current order.
After payment, return to the order page and account overview to confirm the status and data allowance. If your payment provider shows success but the order hasn’t updated, keep your payment record and check the relevant order first—don’t pay again. If you need help, submit a ticket from the same account.
Once your plan is active, go to the client downloads area to get a client app and import your subscription. Payment and connection are separate steps: if your order is active but the client isn’t working, first check that the subscription has refreshed and a route is selected. See the Getting Started Guide for the steps.
30-day refunds
How to Request a Refund
Before choosing a plan, read the Terms of Service to understand refund eligibility. Refund terms and plan allowances are separate: the refund period is not the validity period for a data pack, and usage within that period does not make the plan free.
Submit a request from your original account
Sign in to the account used for payment and find the order you want to address. Then submit a refund request through the support ticket portal, clearly identifying the order and explaining your request. If the payment status doesn’t match, attach relevant payment records. Before submitting, redact sensitive information unrelated to the issue.
Keep your order records after submitting, and use the original ticket to share more information and check for replies rather than opening duplicate tickets. This page doesn’t specify processing times or how refunds are issued; refer to the relevant order and ticket replies for updates. If you’re still deciding, read the tutorial to understand setup before choosing a plan.
Billing & Refund FAQs
How much do VPNRC plans cost?
Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month includes 250GB; ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. Use your data as needed; it never expires. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Check the difference between monthly allowances and data pack balances before choosing.
How many devices can I use with one plan?
Unlimited devices are supported on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Device count does not vary by plan, but all usage on the same plan draws from its data allowance. When using multiple devices at once, account for streaming, downloads and background syncing.
What is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
30-day refunds. Sign in to the user panel, locate the relevant order and submit a refund request through the support ticket portal. Include the order details and reason for the request. See the Terms of Service for eligibility. Keep your order records and add any requested information to the original ticket while it is being processed.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are accepted. Sign in to the user panel and choose a plan. Check the plan name, amount and billing method in your order, then follow the checkout instructions to pay. Return to the order page to confirm the status. If it has not updated, check your records first—do not pay again.
When does monthly plan data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the change details and order information in the user panel before upgrading. The reset date is not necessarily the first of the calendar month, and prorating for the remaining days does not add bonus data.
Do data packs expire if I don’t use them for a long time?
Data packs last until used and never expire. They are consumed as you use data rather than resetting monthly, making them suitable when your usage is irregular and you want to keep any remaining balance. If you already have another plan, check the change details in the panel before ordering. Do not assume balances from different plans can be combined.
